I have received your letter and it will not be a problem for me to help you to decide would the Vincenzo's restaurant be suitable for your wedding dinner or not.

I suppose you have already read their advertisement. Firstly instead of romantic strains of live Italian music you will hear loud recorded rock. Secondly the light of "dozen scented candles" is so weak that I could not see the food on my plate. Also they wrote that because of their chef Roberto the restaurant managed to attract clients. But I have never heard about this chef as well as there were no other customers in Vincenzo. One time I tried to call them but the line was constantly busy.

I am writing because I saw your advertisement on one website. As I understood this is an appeal from the Children Charity Foundation for volunteers who are willing to give their time and energy to help.

I definitely want to help and I will do all what is possible for children under social care. First of all, if you need I can teach them how to use computer or organize outdoor activities and even hobby groups. Furthermore I am keen on sports so it is not a problem for me to show them how to play football, basketball, volleyball or martial arts. I enclose copies if my documents as requested.

Letter of complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you about a CD player which I bought in one of your stores on 20 May 2011 for 100 EUR. I attach copies of the guarantee.

Firstly, I have difficulties in using headphones with this CD player. They just do not work. Secondly, the sound became distorted after a week of usage(utilization) and I can not do anything about that. But the worst thing is that display is broken.

In case that this CD player was a gift, the situation is awful. So I would like you to refund me money as soon as possible. Otherwise I may have to contact with consumer protection office.
