Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you about a CD player which I bought in one of your stores on 20 May 2011 for 100 EUR. I attach copies of the guarantee.
Firstly, I have difficulties in using headphones with this CD player. They just do not work. Secondly, the sound became distorted after a week of usage(utilization) and I can not do anything about that. But the worst thing is that display is broken.
In case that this CD player was a gift, the situation is awful. So I would like you to refund me money as soon as possible. Otherwise I may have to contact with consumer protection office.
